Injecting myself 8.30am tomorrow and scared !

Hey !! anyone had to inject themselves ?
I have to do my own trigger shot tomorrow and am a bit scared i'll do it wrong or hurt myself etc.
really freaking out ! please help me put my mind at rest !!

o u poor wee thing!! did anyone teach u what to do?? i believe sometimes they get u to practice on an orange? do u have to stick in ur butt muscle?

If you're doing it yourself I'd suggest going for a thigh or stomach muscle - and avoid anywhere with veins

thanks ladies. i have to do it in my stomach ! DH said he'd do it but he now has a meeting first thing tomorrow so cant. eeeeeeeeeeeeeek i'll let you know how it goes !!

Good luck.
My sister had to do that.
Like the girl said up above dont go anywhere near your vein.
They should have taught you how to do them but best of luck

I did it !!!!!!!!! it was actually okay ! i thought i'd really have to jam it in, but i guess the needle is so sharp and thin it goes in easy - could defo do that again if needs be.
