injections 1st stage..

hi

we are due to start our first cycle of ICSI this month and we have an appointment on the 12th Oct to go sign all the paperwork and to collect the first set of drugs for the first stage of injections, can anybody tell me do i need to be taking it easy whilst going through this first stage as i know when you are on your 2WW you have to but do you need to all the way through?

i am more or less just carrying on doing what i normally do, except if i go to the gym am just going to ease off the weights and keep things light.

Hi

During stims and down regs you don't really need to do any thing different. I was told during stims I might not feel like doing much but tbh it helps to get out and about as much as you can, especially if you're normally active.

Like you say the important time to take it easy is after ET. I sat on my bum for nearly a week!!!
