I am getting a really bad ache in between my legs. Best way I can describe is right at the top of my inner thigh on each side (basically at my crotch), around to the inner butt cheeks, and around the front into my pelvis. Basically that whole between the legs area (not really the actual pubic bone or vagina except when I try to roll in bed).

When I try to stand up after sitting I get shooting pains and aches, and they continue when I try to walk. Gets a bit easier once I move a bunch, but doesn't go away. It takes me 2-3 minutes just to get out of a vehicle. The only thing I can think of is baby dropping, but there hasn't really been an increase in pressure or pain in the actual vagina.

Anyone else getting pain here? I have the option of possibly having my csection on Friday if I really want to (based on BP and how I'm feeling); BP has been good but this is getting unbearable. But I would really like to wait until my due date if I can. I have been going to chiropractor and massage once a week, so not much else I can do.

Yes I'm having this and it's quite unbearable. Honestly if I had the option I would choose the early one! I have joint hypermobility syndrome so I'm in quite a bit of discomfort and baby is well and truly down...... I'm 37+ 2....... Come on baby! Xx

EXACT same thing I have!!! Takes a while to warm up and pain to ease off. And it's at its worst when I go from sitting to standing/walking.

I've just mentioned the same thing on another thread and I'm only 32 weeks. I think it could be PPGP/ SPD im checking with my midwife next appointment.

Same here. It's horrible when lying down and trying to turn over in bed, same as getting to a standing position and walking. It's does ease after I've walked for a little bit but bending over hurts a lot. Like you say it's not in the vagina or pelvic area just tops of legs and groin area :( I'm only 27+5 I dread to think how I'll be when baby moves down. Hope it's all over with soon for you. If you think you can cope a little longer with the pain then try and wait it out a little longer. If it really is that uncomfortable then take the Csection. I'm trying to do everything in my power to have a natural birth after a previous Csection. I really don't I could do it again. Good luck with what ever you decide. Xx

They are exactly my symptoms and I posted the other day that I'm now on crutches as it's becoming unbearable :(
I have a consultant appointment booked for 17th June and I'm hoping he will induce as this pain is making me and my family miserable.
I was diagnosed with SPD/PGP and hyper mobility by my physiotherapist and was told it will only get worse :(

Oh wow ladies. I'm glad I'm not alone in this, but that's awful! I'm going to Google SPD as I didn't even think of that.

Vicky, today is the first day I've really had the pain bad when trying to walk, but for the past month or two, nighttime trying to switch sides in bed is awful! My hip goes numb every hour or so, and when I switch to the other side I usually freak hubs out, thinking I'm in labor haha!
I have to have a csection either way due to my pelvis being too narrow to fit baby's head (my first almost died when he got stuck). It is just deciding if it will be June 3 or June 13. Doc is on holidays the 4-12 unfortunately.

I am suffering with crippling pelvic pain too, and its one of the reasons I'm being induced at around 37 weeks. Big hugs!

Thanks! That really sucks, but glad you are able to have an induction and get some relief.

Not feeling nearly as bad today, except when I am more active or standing too long.

I have this but just on my right side, thought id pulled something after falling over the other week but its not going away. Fun fun fun x
