I work night shift and then sleep during the day. Since getting preggo I've developed some insane insomnia....I only sleep 2 hrs and that's it. I'm going on 2 weeks of this and am exhausted. I so desperately want to take benedryl to knock me out but I don't know if it's ok.....gotta check with doc. Anyone else having scevere insomnia?
Insomnia to the most extreme....
