This happened to me with my last pregnancy. I'm a working mom now, and not a chance in Hell I could stay awake lol. Maybe a good work out program? I feel like I sleep much better these days because I'm bone tired at the end of the day.
Have you tried avoiding blue light? It helps my kids sleep. I have dim orange lamps all over the house and a blue light filter on my phone.
For the TV you can use a tinted sheet of hard plastic.
