great link chuck - I get so upset/cross with how much interference there is from the medical community when it just isn't needed. I think for me the contrast between the UK and the USA really highlights this.

My MW team are great, although they may be great because they know they won't get too far with me This is my body, this body was designed to do this. I've got to 38w allowing it to do what it needs to do - I'm sure it can manage the next couple of weeks too

I think itd be part of the intrapartum care guidance as internals arent usually done antenatally
