i ordered a dvd from tesco said next day delivery then got an email saying it will be with me in the next couple of days. why do they advertise next day delivery when they cant do it

I waited ages for a order to arrive from Play. It finally came yesterday but they have sent me the wrong item so I have had to send it back today I have now reordered from Amazon so hopefully they get it right!

Funnily enough the exact same happened to us. We ordered a Waybuloo Backpack and they sent us a pair of gloves

We are waiting on LOADS of things being delivered - all xmas presents for either Tegan or other family members.

check your mothercare account online. It took them all day to send my dispatch confirmation as the website has been saying dispatched all day.

Have you checked your mothercare account to see if the order has been dispatched

The tracking motheercare gave me says he has been loaded on the van so hopefully should be here later. Argos are meant to be here by 3 so should be here any minute

Well my amazon order is now 3 days late...amazon have said I have to email them back on 20th if its not here then..but what will they do???x

I am still waiting for amazon - one was meant to be here on 8th and the other here 10th but still no sign of them. However something I ordered from a private seller (after I ordered the other stuff) has arrived so really don't know why amazon are struggling to deliver things.
