Hi everyone,
I just had my baby girl on Saturday the 9th, and need to lose A LOT of weight now. I gained about 60 pounds (!!!) during my pregnancy...I lost about 20 of it when she was born, but still have that extra 40 pounds. Not only that, but I was about 50 pounds overweight when I got pregnant, so ideally I would like to lose 90-95 pounds. This seems very daunting. Right now, I'm the biggest I have ever been in my life. It's hard not to get depressed about it.
I've always had weight problems, especially the last 5 years. I'm a pro at yo-yoing...gaining a bunch of weight, losing a bunch of weight, gaining then losing, you get the idea. I was in the "gain" stage when I got pregnant.
So I just wanted to say hi! I am going to give myself another week maybe then I am going to join Weight Watchers (again). Weight Watchers has always been my "diet" of choice, and it's always been very successful for me...until I gain the weight back, that is!
