hello everyone x i'm gem, i'm 18 and i'm a very happy mummy to my twin boys Frazer Michael and Maxxie Joe, who were born at 31+6 weeks and are now 4 and half months old! they weighed 3lb7 and 3lb14 when they were born, and i got them weighed today and they are now 12lb12 and 13lb8 they're my little cherubs and i love them bits xxx looking forward to chatting to you all xx
