Before you look into meds to regulate ovulation (some doctors make you wait a year, anyway), it might be worth checking out herbs like vitex, soy isoflavones, maca, and vitamin b....they seem to work for lots of women and are very inexpensive and safe.
Has anyone used vitex, soy isoflavones, maca and or vitamin b with any luck and or success? I wanted some more information before I ran out and bought anything.
I used vitamin b to lengthen my luteal phase, it went from 7-8 days to 12 and now 13 days in just two months. Now I need to ovulate sooner, so this is my first month on maca, fingers crossed!
