irregular periods ovulated first time in 4 months

Hiya. I have been ttc for over a year now. Have not had a period for 4 months due to irregular periods. Then I ovulated 9 days ago.. had signs of ovulation and positive clearblue ovulation test. Then 6&7 days past ovulation I had some brown spotting. Now I keep getting these odd sharp twinges in my stomach and my boobs feel more full and creamy discharge. What do ppl reckon. Dont want to get my hopes up again sorry of there was tmi in that x
