Is anyone else suffering from a sore throat/horrid taste in mouth!?

since around 8 weeks I've had a sore throat/constant horrid taste in my mouth! I just can't get rid of it chewing gum helps for a short period of time, but it soon comes back. Is this a pregnancy thing, or is it just me?

Horrible taste in mouth is definitely a pregnancy thing. I had it really bad with my sons pregnancy, I even gave up on certain foods that made it worse! Brushing my tongue constantly and cheering gum helped a little, unfortunately it didn't go away till my son was born :/

That's exactly what it's like! I find sweet stuff makes it worse, it sucks. X

I've had a sore throat forbthe past week or so, got it checked out today just to be sure. Doc said that since pregnancy can cause mucus to go into overdrive in your sinuses and drain the sore throat may be around for awhile.
