I use it every night now. I take two 1000mg pill vaginally. Helped soften my cervix a lot I have notice and I think it helped me dilate a little when I was having problems. only bad thing so far is it runs out and is gross so you need to wear a pad lol

I started off with 1000mg a day at 34 weeks. Going to up it on Monday (37 weeks) to 2000mg per day.
