Is baby really a BOY

Was told boy at 15 weeks 5 days, not totally convince. The cord was between the baby legs and wrapped around one of them. Looks more like a swollen tulip to me lol. Why does the scrotum looks more like a u shape, then a regular scrotum. I've seen other ultrasound pictures that looks definitely like a boy at this stage. I've heard both sex still looks the same around this time any guesses would be appreciated is "he" really a he. Would be happy either way just a little confused.

Also baby was on the right side and placenta was on the left.

Looks like a boy to me. The genitals are still getting into their final positions at this stage, I'm pretty sure I saw a pic in one of my pregnancy books showing the scrotum still being more like labia and sitting on either side of the penis around this time.

Thank you for breaking it down for me. Much more convince now, boy #3 I go in on April 8th for confirmation.
