i am taking 3 hour naps daily and sleeping 8 hours at night! is this normal?

Yep, that's how I first figured I was pregnant - I was sleeping waaay more than normal :D

thanks....

wow, we will see how work goes this week then! maybe i'll nap on my lunch lol

Yep unfortunately it's very normal. I got almost nothing done during my first trimester lol

The tiredness is a bummer, but so normal! By the time the second trimester comes around, you will feel better.

Im finding im absolutley shattered but not managing to get any sleep at all!

On Thursday last week i was planning to shove a chair up against the door and sleep under my desk!

only 6 wks gone yet feeling the same. After work I just cant physically get up off the sofa. And to make matters worse I have to visit the ladies about 4 times a night!

yes, im up all night in the bathroom too... i am still managing to get my lazy bum to the gym but i believe that just cancels out the rest of the days sedentary time lol

I was like that in the early weeks but now i'm so tired and just can't seem to sleep properly at the minute.

I had to have 2 hours in the day plus around 8hours at night just to function

I'm exhausted all the time. It was my daughters 2nd birthday today and I fell asleep on the sofa and she pulled my hair to wake me up. I told her to stop it and she cried, I felt so awful. I'm really grumpy when I'm tired

I keep falling asleep in front of the tv which confuses me cos I go to sleep watching one thing and wake up watching something different, lol.

well, tonight i cant sleep because i am itching all over!

Absolutely normal, sleeping 2-3 hours a day become my routine now  Well, i'm off now to bed ( just finished my lunch )

Yep! The joys of pregnancy. Fun aren't they?

I'm sitting here at work struggling to keep my eyes open. Luckily my boss isn't strict so I can sit here blasting my ears away with my headphones.... seems to help. If not I'll just go pass out in the car.

Itching. I noticed my skin has become a bit dry as well. I'm using tissue oil. That seems to help a bit.

ahh the joys of pregnancy! iv just found out im pregnant im 4+1wks and im knackered, i think it gets worse the older you are aswell, i was 32 wen i had my 2yr old and it was alot more knackering than wen i had my 9 yr old at the age of 24, now im 34 and feel even even more tired. i seem to av developed a severe case of narcolepsy.
