to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all???

yes! i wouldn't like to never know how it feels to "love"

Lol! I think probably. There are always memories though perhaps it depends how the love was lost!

Always better to have loved and lost then to never had loved at all.

Hmmmm... right now i'm still struggling with my break up so i'd rather never have loved. Although i've thought that before and can look back and say i didn't really love them... maybe i never have loved anyone

I know i love my LO but that is totally different!

Nope, id rather have never known what it was I was missing then to have the pain of losing it

I go with that also even though the other side of me wants to have memories the loosing would be to painful better not at all.

I'd rather to have never loved at all (though OH and I are extremely happy).

Yes it is better to have loved and lost. I have loved many people who have ended up hurting me and breaking my heart. But the feeling I got when I loved them far overrides the feeling I got when they hurt me. Being in love is the best feeling in the world, I'm hoping I'll feel it again soon!

I totally agree

Loved and lost.. awwww.

You just have to feel it at some point in life. I fell in love in a Bologna hotel room on our 1st night of a 3 month trip of Italy. We were really keen and then BAM, several hours of staring into each others eyes without speaking did it for me.. :)

Hope that doesn't make anyone too sick but its such a lovely memory. x

Yes definatley. Because when you love someone, even when they're gone they're still in your heart and thoughts.

I think it is, purely because if it wasn't no one would ever take the risk and find true love. The kind that you don't lose? Does that make sense?

Loved and lost. I can't imagine what it's like to have never loved
xx

I definitley think it is better to have loved & lost.

Love is an amazing feeling, even if you are to loose it, it's the memories & the feelings you had/have that make it special. x

never to have loved at all. what you don't know you don't miss. and you never forget your first love. memories are more painful to me rather than nice. guess it depends on the way it ended though.

Still getting over a breakup so at this point I feel like it was better never to have loved at all, once it gets to a stage where i can look back on the good times and be happy about them then maybe my opinion will change
