Is it Metformin side effects or pregnancy?

I was put on Metformin a little over two weeks ago and I've had confusing side effects(?) I was on 500mg for 5 days and then my Dr. raised it to 1,000mg a day. Around the time I ovulated my nipples were really sore.

From 1dpo to 8dpo I had diarrhea like 3-4 times a day.
Also on 8dpo I had really bad stomach cramps... like REALLY bad. I was also waking up nauseous for 6 to 8dpo.

My lower back has been sore and crampy feeling and I also have been really tired.

So what do you think? Side effects or early pregnancy?

Sounds promising but I know metformin can cause those same side effects. Your chart looks great! Hoping for a BFP for you!

I've been on Metformin for over a year, and I'm sorry to tell you it's probably all Metformin, the first 6 months of it are brutal, at least it was for me. Especially if they keep upping your dose so fast, it took me almost 2 months to get to my current 2,000mg dose. However, be aware Metformin IS A FERTILITY DRUG, not a major that Dr's will go to first, but there is an increase in pregnancy in women taking it.
