Is it normal to have a rash that looks like acne?

I am 3w6d and the other day I noticed a weird rash on my chest that looks like acne. It is a bit itchy and really annoying. My whole body is itchy as well. Is this a symptom, has anyone experienced it? I am going to the doctor soon, but i wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this.

I get itchy patches too and it reminds me of when my eczema used to flare up when I was younger with bumps and whatnot. Mine really bothers me at night and I wake up itching sometimes. I treat it like I did my eczema because I have no other reference and it seems to help. No tight fitting clothes (hard with bb's growing daily) and eczema friendly detergents. If it gets really bad I take a benadryl (on approved meds list) and that knocks it out. I try to avoid the meds if I can but sleeping is hard enough as it is without an itch fest!
