I'm new to this section of the forum.
OH/FOB, I'm not sure what to call him, left me over the weekend. Were seperating. I don't even want to think of the word divorce right now..
Anyway, we had been fighting for the last few months, he was constantly calling me names and going out without telling me where he was going.
I suspect he's having an affair but he's neither confirming nor denying it.

I was just wondering, whats the best way to tell LO? I told her daddy was going to stay with Nana for a while, but she keeps asking why. I don't like lying to her. Any suggestions of ways to break the news to her?
My mum and MIL don't think I should tell her, they reckon he'll come to his senses and come back. But I'm not sure I even want him back after the way he has treated me
Any advice would be great. Thanks girls.

i'm not sure honey, im really sorry about your situation
i have no advice really as ive had no experience like this but couldnt you tell her straight?
Daddy isnt going to live with us anymore, but you can visit him at the weekends etc (always back up negative with a positive?)

Does he still see your LO?
If so, why not have her ask him...if not, I would say that daddy decided to live somewhere else...tell her you dont know why bc that's the truth.
