Is it possible to feel like you are dilating?

As I suspected my MW was uselss in her answer and just said it's probably just baby engaging that causes that feeling. Oh well, guess I'll never know if it is dilation coz they don't check for it here until you are actually in labour anyway!

Blah! Well you are so close! Maybe it is it seems like many girls have been able to feel it. Even if I asked I highly doubt my OB would have checked me... I have no idea when they start checking here but my Ob is very by the book
