I think I had a CP I'm not 100% as I had positive tests including digis but then few weeks later negative and "not pregnant" .. got doctors Monday again to find out things
But I'm pretty certain it was that.

Is it possible to get pregnant straight after? I'm more worried as we have DTD several times after finding out .. I'm due next week but not sure what to expect if I'll get a full AF or if I don't what would be happening I've had no bleeding like flow etc I just had spotting about a week after positive tests .. since then I've just felt pregnant basically not normal.

I would rather wait til I had a cycle to try again but obviously wouldn't complain to conceive sooner it's just worrying it might happen again I already have had 2 losses in past

I would say, until you've bled it probably isn't possible. It doesn't have to be a big bleed, my 6 week mc last year was lighter than a period, but I did still bleed. But if you've had none at all then your body still has to go through the process of shedding the lining. Your Dr appointment tomorrow should be able to definitively answer that for you. I'm so sorry for your loss :/
