I was lent a doppler and Weds night i found the babys heartbeat straight away and it was amazing. Now im hooked and want to listen again tonight, but wasn't sure how safe it was to use on a regular basis.

Thanks :flower:

Hi I found this as I was wondering aswell....
Fetal dopplers are safe to use at home, without the help of a certified professional. However, it is important to make sure that you are using an FDA-approved doppler. And don’t use your doppler too much, either. Though ultrasound is safe for baby, you don’t want to take any chances. Try to stick to no more than two or three ten minute exams each week.

Hope that helps :-)

Thanks for that - i will try and be a good girl and wait till next week then

I listened to my baby for a minute morning and night, then i heard not too use too much so then i just had a wee listen when i needed some reassuring. :) xx
