I feel like I have chosen a girl name but now I'm wondering if it's too far out there. My grandma's name was Oralia and I like the way it sounds with ontiveros. My husband is Brian and since we've chosen his middle name for a boy middle name I think we should name a girl after him too.

Oralia Briann Ontiveros.

Any impartial thoughts? My family is only going to love it since it was my grandmother's name but is it too obscure? And is O.O okay for initials?

Honestly- my first thought was it being shortened to Oral! Or kids teasing because if that.

I think it's nice (I'm assuming it's pronounced the same as Aurelia?), and not too obscure. :) I also think OO is fine for initials and actually kinda cool!

Yes just a different spelling. The Oral thing didn't occur to me and is horrible. But my grandma was called Ora and we can always call her Ella too.

I want my grandmother's spelling but maybe add a letter orralia or orallia. I'm also not set on the middle name spelling. Brianne or briann

Actually love the Nn Ora. Love the name itself, was just the spelling that'd concern me.

I like brianne- looks more 'finished' to me :)

Yeah me too now but if she is introduced as Ora I don't think it would be an issue
