is it worth emailing huggies??

I'm not even joking, my friend complained to huggies about how rubbish their nappies were.. what did they do? send her money off vouchers for more huggies nappies! :haha: honestly, you'll probably be wasting your time hun! just stick with pampers, I find them the best

I think it says a lot how they're also always on offer! x

I loved the huggies new born nappies. Also tried Asda little angels, liked them too. Then tried Pampers Super dry, they were ok but one of her dirty nappies came out both legs  that only happened once though, i finished the pack and it never happened again. now we are back to huggies super dry. If i'm honest i've decided just to buy what's on offer., They all seem to be fine on my LO!

i've also heard the thing about huggies are better on girls and pampers on boys., obviously just depends on the baby though x

Ugh I don't like Huggies and I despise Luvs. The Luvs feel so crispy and uncomfy. The Huggies leak. I just now changed my girls outfit because she peed and it went up her back and onto her clothes. Ugh. LOVE pampers swaddlers. Super soft and haven't had problems with leaks.

Ive used huggies on my lo since she was born.. And never had any problems.. Recently used pampers on her in size 4+.. They seem fine too.. Her nappies only leaked if they werent put on properly due to bein in a rush or something lol

I would email. I have a 11 week old girl and I bulk bought a load of huggies nappies and they are rubbish!!! I can't wait to use them to up so I can buy pampers.
Every time my LO has a poo, it leaks! Everyone LO has a pee, it leaks!
I thought I wasn't doing them up right but I definitely am and it happens no matter who puts the nappy on.

I hate huggies nappies.

I have the same problem with huggies. I bough some because they were on offer. I have to change Joseph a lot more with them. I can't use them on a night time because they leak. His dirty nappies end up on his legs! I won't be buying anymore. I'm sticking with Asda's little angels. Much better nappies.

I complain a lot if I'm not happy with the product. I got sent vouchers. To all those who said don't complain why should she not? She has spent money on the product and is not happy with it.

I guess it just depends on your baby. Huggies work great for us, but Pampers were awful when I tried them! If you complain though, you're likely just to get the usual "sorry for this isolated incident" reply and vouchers for more Huggies lol. But it's always worth it I suppose :)

Sorry about the wedding photos though, that's sad :(

XxX

My train of thought is, every baby is different. Why should I complain if a product doesn't work for my baby? I move on and try something else.

I thought huggins new born were good, but now he's bigger they are crap, worse than any supermarket own brand. That advert 'what happens in huggies, stays in huggies' makes me laugh. You prob will just get vouchers if you complain but I suppose it's worth a try.

Yes, I emailed them around a year ago as the 'superdry' ones didnt keep my daughter dry at night, though they were fine during the day

They sent me £19 worth of vouchers - to be spent on huggies nappies/wipes/andrex loo roll and someother products - I used them for nappies, again just for daytime!:flower:

up the back generally means wrong fit, out the legs normally means not tight enought. I wouldnt complain beause they probably wont do anything. Your child may have also been going thought a heavier pee period than normal too. Also on average, most companies, doctors ext. say to change a diaper after 2 hour, even if pampers/huggie or someone says our diapers will last 12 hours, doesn't mean it will for every baby.

Ive complained....its slap bang in the middle at the front he's soaking through. It's a shame though coz they hold his number 2's in brilliantly!

My mums given me the simply dry ones I bought for at her house. At least I dont need rush out and buy any more till weekend at least!
