Is skin chane a symptom of pregnancy?

Ok I'm freakig out is skin change an early pregnancy symptom??? Wiping my make up off I've just seen a brown smudge on my right cheek it's never been there befor and wondering I I need a drs appointment? From a far looks lie a dip in my face but examining it closer you can see its not

It sounds like pigmentation which is common in pregnancy GL, keep us posted x

Is it really wow I'm lateas well was really concerned though maybe skin cancer will eep an eye on it though! Will do thanks for replying you've put my mind at ease

I had hormomal pigmentation but usually noticed it later on in pregnancy! Mine got really dark around my lips and cheekbones...especially when I spent time in the sun. But to be safe I would get it looked at! You can never be too careful! Keep us posted!
