Has anyone tried them?
What one is better?

I am taking vitex and will stop when I am on my period.
I am going to try soy days 1-5 and hope that I will Ovulated.

I have yet to O at all.

I would love to hear some stories of hope!

Hey there.. I haven't tried either but from what others on other threads say...I would lean more to the soy side because it has the same effect on the body in trickin you to ovulate that clomid has...without all the crazy side effects!!
The most have seen ppl on here get was headaches n that not to bad.. Don't not take it with vitex tho.

Have you started the soy??
My AF Is due on the 18th so if it comes ..I'll start soy on the 20th for the first time...
I want a bfp this cycle but on the other hand im still super excited to start soy...hopefully I don't have to but I want to cause I have read so many good things about it!!

I have had clomid previously with no side affects but no joy.....I am now trying soya isoflavines and waiting still to get lucky!

Good luck to you.

I tried Iso and I became pregnant but had a miscarriage at 7 weeks.
I took it cd-2-7.
I think it can definetly help. take it at night that way you dont get the headaches!!

I dont think I will try it again because I think I ovulated a non-mature egg... but now im taking vitex and working on being healthier. We'll see in a few months!!

I've had success (two pregnancies) on Clomid before. When I took soy it delayed my O by a good few days. But maybe it's because I ovulate on my own already. It might be different if you have difficulties O'ing.

Thnks a lot ladies ... So wud y'all say it's worth the try r no?

Thank you everyone!

I think I am going to do it after I get my AF this cycle.

I am not O'ing on my own. :(

I also started vitex and will stop when I start soy.

I think Vitex is making my temp / hormones more balanced based on my chart. :D

FX!

I did the vitex but it surely didn't work for me n I was in denial for a long 5 months while on it ... Sighhh

Hey,
I tried Soy Iso and it did not help me ovulate. I have PCOS and my cycles range from 3-9 months, but usually ever 3 or 4(don't ovulate on my own, been ovulating every 3 or 4 months with metformin). Soy Iso did nothing for me but have heard many success stories, I think its worth a go at it...you will never know if you don't try it and everybody's body is different. I heard that women who have no luck with clomid usually have luck with Soy Iso. I am on my first round of clomid and im only CD11 so I don't know if it has worked for me but I will update you to let you know if it works! Good luck with Soy Iso, remember it cant hurt and if it doesn't work then try the next thing!!!!

Thnks for your input!!!
Hope your clomid cycle works
