Is there anything you girls could not live without or found really useful to have with your multiples? xx

MY two fisher price jumperoo's and my two fisher price rainforest swings, My gosh they have been wonderful for me.
Also cloth nappy's but I don't use em for nappy's I use em as spit rags, so perfect, absorbent just fantastic.

My bouncers. I had two. Godsend!! Couldnt live without them.

I was wondering about getting 2 bouncers. I had the rainforest swing with my 1st son and loved it so think i may get some if i can afford it. Thanks girls xx

1. Chicco Polly Magic Hair chairs for 0 months to 12 months plus (suitable til 3 years) have been godsend. For babies from 0 to 6 months of age it can be used as a baby chair: it has a detachable ring with toys to play and stimulate. For babies from 6 to 12 months of age, it can be turned into a highchair to help baby through the weaning phase. The detachable tray is adjustable to 4 positions to adapt to the growing child. From 1 to 3 years of age, it can be turned into a normal chair, so that babies can sit with family. The backrest can be adjusted to three different positions and the seat to six different heights. (and if you have indoor pets like dogs, these chairs are convenient)

2. My Jane Power Twin stroller. LOVE IT! It is small (it fits at the back of a Toyota Yaris) and comes with carseats.

3. Swing: If you're busy feeding the one twin and the other starts crying, you can always put them in a swing to guarentee a peace of mind. Other props that help calm babies include bouncers, soothers and eventually jumperoos.

4. Bathing chairs: I cannot even begin to tell you how much time I've saved with the the bathing chairs.

5. Slings and carriers: Most twin mummies don't think of getting a sling/carrier because you can't carry both babies at once, but I never leave the house without it when I'm with the babies in case one baby gets 'tired' of sitting in the buggy. It saves time because instead of dealing with a crying baby, I normally put him her in a sling and carry on pushing the stroller. The one shoulder sling does eventually hurt your shoulder as babies grow older, so I now use a Chicco Frontal carrier and I love it!

Other things that might or might not work for you are swaddlers, baby sleeping bags and white noise CD for babies to sleep longer (I wish someone had told me about this one while I was pregnant. It works wonders for us)

Two highchairs..I have the ones that clip onto the regular chair..Could not live without them..

How old are babies when they start going into highchairs? (Dumb first time mom here!)
I'm only considering the stuff for the first few weeks at the moment.

Chicco Polly is from 0 months, so you can start using the chairs immediately after birth. Like I said before, the chairs come with a detachable semi-ring that has toys to entertain an infant and because the bedrest can be adjusted, your babies can fall asleep in the chairs and they will be comfortable. Even with the lowest of backrests, the seat is slightly reclined which is fab for babies. I replaced my moses basket with these highchairs and I can use them until babies are 3 years old. So, if you want to cut costs, get the chairs instead of the moses baskets.

Thanks alot, those high chairs sound good ill have a look into them x

My babies went into high chairs when they could sit up, but the ones I got, well, Ill just post a link

When my girls got old enough I could not live with out their Podee bottles. They were a life saver when we had to travel or went out to eat. Also, I would put them in their swings with it and I would actually get all my laundry done. :winkwink:

EZ2Nurse twin nursing pillow. If you plan to breastfeed it's a must. We still use it for every feed as we mostly tandem feed.

Mine arent magic chicco pollys. Just the chicco polly ones. Mine dont have toys on it and they lay flat but I wouldnt recommend someone using them from birth. I would wait until about 5 months. I never used mine befor then and at 4 months my girls had bumbo's

Aquapod duo! I always had to bath my twins with my OH, but now they've started to sit up, I use this and can bath them both at the same time by myself! Its soooo useful, and my boys have longer baths now and absolutely love it! (btw, thats not my twins in the picture, I got that off the website lol!)

Think i will defo invest in one of those. Bath times are gunna be fun with 4 under 4 to bathe lol xx

I think I am going to get the aquapod it looks ace -what age did your twins start sitting up? Mine are only 11 weeks (3 corrected)

We have a swing and a bouncer, we were going to get 2 of the same - it hadn't even occured to me that we could get 2 different things for a bit of variety! You get in the habit of buying 2 of everything!

We also have Blossom farm sit me up cosy blossom, which is good at the moment for the girls to both cuddle on together, we just put a cushion underneath in the ring so they don't sink down the middle while they are so small! We have another one for when they get bigger to have one each, and they can learn to sit up.

My twin highchair! The seats are dishwasher safe and the table top wipes off clean. I tried two separate highchairs but it took took much room.

I also bought the Bebe bottle sling when I was bottle feeding, it was like an extra set of hands while I fed.

The last one, if you choose to wear your children which I did because I had done so with my previous children is the Twintrexx Twin Baby Carrier. I hope this helped!

My boys were also born at 32 weeks and can't sit up unaided yet (well unless unaided for 7 seconds counts lol) but have been able to sit up in their aquapod and highchairs from about 6 1/2 months, 4 1/2 months adjusted :) xxx
