Hey all. I had an ectopic pregnancy just over 3 weeks ago where I had my left tube removed. According to my iPhone period tracker I was due to ovulate last Monday. I have had nothing. No ovulation pain, no other symptoms at all. I'm due my first af a week tomoro and we are going to start TTC after that. But I am so worried cos I have had neg opk's for the last two weeks and I'm so scared I'm not going to start ovulation again. Surely if everything was ok I would have ovulated as normal????

As for ovulation and first AF after a loss, anything can happen. Some people don't ovulate before their first AF after a loss, some ovulate earlier or later than normal. Don't worry too much though, it's all acceptable. I can imagine your app will need to be reset a few times as it can take a few cycles to get back to normality. Your cycles may also change too...mine went from 29 days to 26
