Is this a good sign???

Hey ladies,

I have pcos but had a regular 28 day cycle for last 3 months. Im now cd14 and have lots and lots of stretchy goo (tmi) but it is still quite white rather than clear. Is this a good sign that i might ovulate or just the mean hormones playing with me again???
