Is this a goodbye?

So ive been in and out of hospital over christmas and new year due to heavy bleeding and passing clots. I was told my cervix was open and it was an inevitable miscarriage. I have a scan tomorrow to check i have passed everything naturally.

I woke up this morning to a blood stained heart on my bedcover.. Is this my baby saying goodbye? Or have i completely lost the plot!
