Is this a new fertility monitor?

I was looking here https://www.smefertility.com/duofertility-monitor-419-p.asp and I have never heard of it before so I was wondering if it is new or not and also what information people have about it?

I don't have 500 pound for it, christ i don't even have 60 pound for a clearblue monitor but I was just wondering if people knew how it actually worked and if they could explain?

Bit pricey - I almost think this is exploiting people's willingness to "try anything" to get a BFP!
