Okay. I am 36 years old with PCOS symptoms. My periods can go up to 31 days apart the longest one was 50 days a few months ago. So my last period was somewhere around June 20tg and we only had sex once on July 8th and no period yet. The thing is we have had unprotected sex for almost 8 years and nothing and now just one time did it?!?? I took a cheap dollar tree test and boom dark lines within a few seconds. I took a rite aid test and the test line is real dark and the control line is lighter. Is this even possibleasier given my age. My husband is disabled and we have sex where I do the work, we are both overweight and older. I'm in shock. Could it be false?!?! I don't know what to think.

Girl, are you saying you are 36??? That's not old at all!! I've never heard of a control line being lighter than the test line and not being pregnant. Did u want to get pregnant?

I wasn't trying but I am afraid to be happy. I am terrified right now.

Oh I would be happy, if I were you (if you are hoping to be pregnant, that is). Once the test line goes darker than the control line, you've got quite a bit of baby going on in there!

Yes it happens! I had a colleague in her 40s who thought she couldn't have kids (been trying for over a decade) then bam one day she was pregnant completely out of the blue. She's got a healthy one year old now. 36 is not old chick! And it only takes once! My current pregnancy was conceived following a five minute fumble with my hubby (we had been staying with his parents for two months while our house was renovated so alone time was scarce!). We'd been trying for over a year and had nothing, had given up, and yet there it was- pregnant when we weren't even trying and had only dtd once! xxx
