Is this me going lightheaded?

Hii girls,

So I NEVER get dizzyness.
And what is happening to me now, I dont know.
I seem to feel the room spinning, then my head feels like it is getting crushed and my eyes go out of focus.
Then finally I feel sick after.
Is that me being lightheaded?

not sure why that would be nothing to worry about tho,i had low blood pressure at the begining of 1 of my pregnancies it'll probably pass...it can just cause sickly feeling and light headedness xx
