Is this my bloody show?

I'm currently 9 months pregnant and for a couple days I've noticed sometimes when I wipe they'll be spots of blood. I went to the doctor 4 days ago and she said I was thinning. I was losing parts of my mucus plug little by little but it stopped around the time I started wiping and seeing the spots of blood.
