Is this normal?

Hi I am 5 weeks pregnant as of tomorrow and today I'm getting belly ache not low down but high up it feels like when your constipated but I'm not! And I get the odd twinge on my left and right side, I should be getting an early scan at 6 weeks because of a past ectopic just a little worried about the belly ache..

I've got this too, I had it with my first, everything slows down which is why some people get really bloated and sluggish.

Thank you for replying, it's horrible esp along with the nausea I'm glad I'm not alone I was getting worried xx
