Is this normal???

I am breastfeeding and just started back at work. I have been pumping 3 times at work and feeding my LO on my lunch break. This may be TMI but my nipples start tingling and sometimes it is a little painful. Is this normal?? Sometimes it intensifies when I sneeze too (totally weird).

me too i think its when milk is being produced?coming down? thats what ive put it down to. i also find when jacob due for a feed they tingle
