Is this OPK positive or almost there?

Hi Phexia,
I was told when reading OPK's to look at the darkest part of the surge line and compare it to the test line and if it is the same colour or darker then it's a positive. From what I can see it looks like a positive to me.

The top part is as dark as the other line so would say positive
