Is this ovulation test positive?

I took one in the morning and it was clearly negative. Then I had ewcm today when I was at work. Got home and took this one at around 7pm. I am really new to using ovulation tests, so please help thanks!

Doesn't look it. You want the test line to be as dark or darker than the control and it's a bit lighter. Looks close though.
