Is this positive?

I have terrible luck with OPKs. I had a pos one time last year on a FR digi, but I can’t seem to find those in store anymore. I tried CB digis last month and didn’t get a positive. This month I switched to the FR “simple line” tests, but I’m having a heck of a time interpreting the results. Does CD16 look positive? My cycles are anywhere between 30-36 days (with a super weird 40 day cycle last month).
