Any symptoms you may be feeling would be related to your hormone levels.
Every cycle, after ovulation, your body is supposed to prepare itself for pregnancy. This means fluctuations in your hormone levels, whether or not you are pregnant. These fluctuations can sometimes cause nausea, heartburn, and fatigue. Even though a fertilized egg will release trace amounts of hCG (we're talking like .2 mIU, where 5 mIU indicates pregnancy) our bodies are not affected by the pregnancy until after the fertilized egg begins to implant as that is when hCG is released. A lot of classic pregnancy symptoms are related to hCG. Even though many women say they had symptoms right from 1DPO, it's honestly just coincidence. It is physiologically impossible to have genuine pregnancy symptoms fright from conception.
So yeah, you can feel nauseous, crampy, bloated, you can pee a lot, and your boobs can hurt, but it wouldn't be pregnancy related until after the fertilized egg implants.
Seriously. Stop stressing and be patient! You still have a long way to go! I would say discount all symptoms until 8DPO. It is possible for implantation to occur as early as 6DPO, but for good measure, try to wait until 8DPO before symptom spotting.
I would recommend starting a TWW journal. Every day, write down how you felt, what symptoms you had, your cervical mucus consistency, everything that you can think of that you might regard as pregnancy related. After a few cycles of recording this data (hopefully you won't have to wait that long!) you'll start to notice patterns in when you feel certain symptoms. After you recognize those patterns, you can get excited about any strong symptoms out of the norm after 8DPO in a future cycle. However, I must warn you: most women swear they have a different symptom every month. I know this is the case for me.
Good luck! Be patient!
