Is this signs he is coming soon?

Ok well it was my due date yesterday and i went to midwife to get a membrane sweep at around 3pm, went home and when i went to the toilet next when i wiped i had a bloody tinge to it, there was none in my pad (have to wear a pad cos of bad discharge) so i rang my midwife and she said it could either be because i had my sweep or my bloody show. I had a bit of bloody tinge in next wee too but nothing after.
then at 10:45 i started to get pains in my belly - it was like a constant pain and it varied 1 min it was in bottom of my belly then next it was at the top, it lasted 2 1/2 hours then wen i went to bed it stopped.
havent had anything since but could it be a sign he is trying to start coming?? x

i would say they are good signs from what i have read on here by other people. Good luck xx
