Is this the start? Long contractions

I'm getting BH about 20 mins apart that are getting more intense but some are lasting 3 minutes long? Got cramping period pains also. I can't remember how may last labour started!!!

There is no way of knowing , give it time and see if it progresses. my labours all started differently . Good Luck x

It could honestly go either way.... My dr told me the best way to tell is to soak in a warm bath , if its real labor the warm wAter will intensify it/ jump start it.... If it's just BH the warm bath will relax your muscles and BH will die down/stop....

Had them on and off all day. They've for more intense then they've calmed down a bit so going to sleep now as assume they may start up again!
