Issues using buttons

For some reason today I don't seem to be able to click buttons, like insert image or hyperlink or to change the currently feeling tab. They're just not working. I want to put my preg journal in my sig as a hyperlink rather than the url but it won't let me do it. I don't normally have a problem with buttons and haven't updated my browser. Any ideas? The quick links drop down doesn't work either. It's either refreshing the current page or taking me to user CP when I click on it.
