'It Works' greens safe when pregnant?

Has anyone ever heard of the It Works detox body wraps and Detox Greens? I was using the wraps and taking the greens before pregnancy but have since stopped. I was wondering though if the Greens drink is still safe? It basically strengthens the immune system and alkalines the body and gives you all your servings of greens for the day.
