Itchy irritable skin

Im not itching like crazy but recently my skin is becoming irritable and sore. My hands have gone red raw and dry and my arms and legs get a red rash come up which itches. Not sure whether its another lovely pregnancy niggle or not?

The only place that isnt irritable is my face.

One of my friends had this too. She said that her doctor prescribed a cream that really helped. Sorry. That's no fun.
