cook it till its soft, mash it with a bit of water then freeze it in individual pots

We had pumpkin already acouple of weeks back , we steam it, chuck it in the oven then sprinkle salt on .. for us of course

The smaller the pumpkin the better the taste.
Pumpkin is sooooo nice but i am biased....my grandpa has a pumpkin farm and still does it at 87!
