It's been a while! Stages / phases help please!

Hi all.

It's been a long old time. I've been soo busy I've missed the forum!

I have a friends while recently had a little one and is going through all the thing we have / will go through. There was a name for the phases but for the life of me I can't remember what the name was!

It's like little cycles of time where they tend to have certain issues such as sleep pro knew separations etc.

Anyone known what the hell i'm talking about? I'm dying to help her
