I can't believe I am here, but me and FOB are officially finished! Well not offically, but I have been trying to contact him all day and he is ignoring me, and after our serious talk last night, it looks like he wants to be single!
CHEATING W***ER

I hate men, they are all the same :(
I just want my baby to hurry up and come into the world so I no longer feel alone!
How do you girls cope on your own?
By the way, im a young mummy-to-be. Only 18 years old.

Im a bit older than you (21) but still young! And so far my lil girl has only been here for a week and i think im coping fine, yes im tired and it is hard work, but its so worth it :)

If he wants to be single then let him, in the long run he will realised what he's missing out on, and he will regret it.

Just try and focus on you and the baby for nows :flower:

Hey,

Its really overwhelming at the start and it is really difficult adjusting to the thought of being a young single mummy. Im 19 and am going to be a single mummy and when i think back over the last 9 months and all the issues and problems I've had with FOB and his lack of interest and then his sudden now he "cares but wants a dna test thing". Its hard. Its really emotional but the best bit of advice i can think of is that these men are not worth it and i know its hard but just concentrate on you and your LO and anytime you need advice or just want to rant and voice your worries etc BnB and the ladies here are absolutely fantastic!!Put FOB to the back of your mind and try not to think bout it.

And we will manage on our own....it will be exhausting yes and overwhelming at times but we will all come through stronger in the end.

Im due next week but i've coped in my pregnancy by concentrating on this LO and having family and friends around me. The support that good friends and family will give you is amazing. And the ladies on here are brilliant as well!

I hope that things will improve for you soon and we're all here if you need us! :flower: :hugs: xx

You'll cope fine hun as long as you focus on you and your LO :hugs:

I'm 21, and had to grow up alot the last few months, from living at home being waited on hand and foot, to having my own house, bills to pay and a baby! I was worried about not being able to cope on my own, but I get by, friends and family are all a girl needs!

you will learn to cope because you have to, like the others said, you adapt. Dont worry about being young.. one of the best mothers i know is young too. you will get judged... looked at.. old ladies will be rude.. you will loose some friends but all in all will be worth it. I figure its better to find out who your true friends are now rather than later anyways!

Like the others say just focus on LO. you'll be fine! Theres a teen mummy section on here aswell, if you want to meet other 18 year olds. :D
