IUI Success?

Hi all! I'm 32 and been TTC for 10 months. We are doing our first IUI on Wednesday, most likely. I took the Clomid for 5 days. I'm excited for it! First time in a while I am feeling optomistic about possibly conceiving! I was getting so frustrated before, month after month of nothing.

So what is the IUI like? I wanted to husband there, holding my hand, and watching the procedure - but he has to go straight to work after he produces. He can't get out of it. Did any of you do it alone or did you have your husband there?

I had my first unmedicated IUI on Saturday- trigger shot on Friday. I am in my TWW. The IUI is a little umcomfy- but it was really quick and relatively painless! Good luck!! X
