Ive agreed to go on a date tonight - I must be bloody mad! aaarrrgghh

oh don't get started on baby weight, i have a wedding in four weeks, have a dress, if i don't fit into it im just not going, refuse to buy another one. maybe be good excuse not to go, never been to a wedding by myself before!

oh and the walking like john wayne, i can relate to, do you think ill be healed in four weeks? could be another excuse not to go!

Haha im getting a feeling you dont wanna go to this wedding haha xxx

Just go and have a lovely time :) honestly, I thought I would never be with anyone ever again because I was so bitter and did the whole "all men are b*stards" line all the time. Now I'm with a really lovely guy. Make yourself up and have fun

If you do feel its tight, try to limit your carbs to the morning and noon and eat NO sugar in any form...that means not eating bread because it has sugar in it...just do this for a week or two leading up to your wedding and i think you'll notice that it drastically reduces the puffiness of your waistline and will lead to a sleeker look...try to get your carbs from whole grains like oatmeal, green vegetables, yams, brown rice and barley...restrict your fruit to breakfast because it has fruit. I think that should really help you out...especially if you drink lots of water as well

I hope its a wonderful wedding and it all goes according to plan!! Good luck!

HOW exciting! I can't wait to hear all about it! Think positively though, all men can't be that bad, I mean, some people seem to have found good ones so it is possible for us too. GOOD LUCK! We'll be thinking about you and waiting for the update!
